How The Apple Store Celebrates An Employee’s Last Day

The scene was a simple visit to The Apple Store on Chestnut near Market in San Francisco, when the Apple staffers broke out in applause. It’s called “The Clapout” and is done whenever an employee is leaving. I didn’t get to talk to the employee because, well, she left.

I did manage to catch the event as it unfolded, but it caught me by surprise.
