The San Francisco 49ers, on the strength of 154 yards rushing, and some timely passes by Quarterback Alex Smith, lead the New York Jets 17-0 as of this writing.
The 49ers play has caused some Jets fans to take to Twitter calling for Backup QB Tim Tebow, leading to “Tebow Time” becoming a Top Twitter Trend along with “Mark Sanchez.” In other words, the poor play of the Jets Quarterback Mark Sanchez, is causing fans to call for Head Coach Rex Ryan to bring in Tim Tebow.

But it’s still a close game in the third quarter; anything could happen. But the reason for Sanchez play is due in large part to the 49ers Defense.
