Was Alan Blueford killed by the Oakland Police? There’s a small, but growing, group of people who say the Skyline High School student was. But chances are you’re reading this and don’t even know what this story is about. Moreover, there’s a better chance you are reading this and don’t know Oakland.

This is directly from the website Jutice4AlanBlueford, so that all of the info is correctly presented:

Just after midnight on Saturday May 6th (2012), Alan Blueford and two of his friends were waiting for some girls to pick them up on 90th Ave., in East Oakland, after the Floyd Mayweather fight. Not long after Alan had phoned his parents to check-in with them, a car slowly pulled up to them with its lights off. Alan ran. One officer gave chase. A few blocks later Alan was shot by OPD officer Miguel Masso. Masso also shot himself in the foot. Over a dozen witnesses all said that Alan had no weapon and posed no threat to the officer.

DaveyD has blogged and vlogged that the Oakland Police initially reported that there was a shoot-out and Blueford was involved in it. But those who know Alan say that was not the case, and evidence was presented to show that the Oakland Police had allowed a lie to be fashioned and the Oakland Police officer who witnesses claim shot Blueford was said to have shot himself in the foot to cover up the story. Here’s the video of the hearing where OPD messaging got out of control:

Here’s video of a march and rally held shortly after the incident:

And this video is from a picnic event held in his honor:

It’s shockingly that simple. The website also has a list of questions for the City Of Oakland and The Oakland Police:

Why did the police approach Alan and his friends with their lights off?
Why did they give chase when Alan had committed no crime and posed no threat to the officer?
Why was Alan shot three times when he had no weapon?
How did a trained officer shoot himself in the foot?
From the witnesses’ statements, why was Alan not given emergency CPR by OPD?
Why did the OPD change their story to the family several times in the days after the shooting?
Why have they refused to release the coroner’s report, despite the fact that it has been complete for weeks?

Unless the City of Oakland deals with this in a timely and public way, it could boil over in ways that just aren’t predictable. And it will be because of a set of small errors. Take this video, which shows Oakland District Two Councilmember Pat Kernighan text messaging during a hearing on the Alan Blueford Murder. Councilmember Kernighan should know that a camera’s always on her, and that’s certainly true with this case.

Already there have been several angry encounters between people who have elected to take up the cause of “Justice For Alan Blueford” and the Oakland Police, and now as of last night’s Oakland City Council meeting, the Oakland City Council, which called a 10 minute recess after those who took up the Alan Blueford issue visited the City Council, demanding to see the police report from the incident.

What Oakland City Council candidates running for office have to be thankful for is that the organizers of “Justice For Alan Blueford” aren’t large enough or powerful enough to direct votes toward or away from those running – yet. That could rapidly chance if they get their act together. They already have one powerful tool: their own website and access to social media. They just aren’t using it to its full potential.

A Growing Constituency

This video was created at an interfaith gathering on Blueford’s murder. The video description reads this way:

Oakland’s Faith Community Responds to Alan Blueford’s Murder by Police (Fellowship Hall): Alan Blueford, high school senior about to graduate from Skyline High School in Oakland, was gunned down fatally by police on May 6. Come to this meeting with the Blueford family to pray, act, and strategize to make sure that what happened to Alan will not happen to anyone else. In partnership with the Interfaith Tent at Oakland.

Take a good look, because it’s a wide cross section of Oaklanders. Also listen to the story of what happened from their perspective:

And of course, this episode of Oakland Police stopping two black youngsters as they were in front of Awaken Cafe, and pulling guns on them in full view of the public didn’t help the OPD make any case for innocence in the Alan Blueford Murder:

There’s a lot of video and a history that’s building online and threatening to grow to fantastic proportions.

Just letting you know.

Stay tuned.

OVERACTING AND OVER REACHING AND WILL GET WORSE POLICE BRUTALITY

Over-acting over-reaching gun happy police officers is what American has train police officers to be. Firing upwards of 50 to 100 bullets at a unarmed human being is normal practice for many police officers in America! Especially if the person being shot at is black! Police supervisor and the American court system are more likely then not to side with abusive and over-acting police officers! Police brutality is normal in American usually never address or corrected. In many cases it’s encourage! With the new Stop & frisk Laws in many city. Young black children as young as 8 years old are made to drop their trouser and take off their shoes in full view of the public. Adult men are pad search by female officer to further humiliate. Many times handcuffed and made to sit or laid on the ground. Without care of the element snow, rain mud there have been incident where citizen are made to sit in dog mess!

Amadou Bailo Diallo was a black 23-year-old
Guinean immigrant in New York City who was shot and killed on February 4, 1999 by four white NYPD plain-clothed officers: Sean Carroll, Richard Murphy, Edward McMellon and Kenneth Boss. The four officers fired a total of 41 shots at a totally innocent and unarmed Diallo. The Sean Bell shooting incident took place in the New York City borough of Queens, New York, United States on November 25, 2006, when three men were shot at a total of fifty times by a team of both plainclothes and undercover NYPD officers, killing one of the men, Sean Bell, on the morning before his wedding. None of the men were armed! Kathryn Johnston 92 years old was an elderly Atlanta, Georgia woman who was shot by 3 white undercover police officers in her home on Neal Street in northwest Atlanta on November 21, 2006, where she had lived for 17 years. Three officers had entered her home in what was later described as a ‘botched’ drug raid

Police officers learn early in their career that their abusive action are many time laugh at and part of entertainment. As they return to their police departments and tell their stories of abuse! Shari Archibald’s black handbag sat at her feet on the sidewalk in front of her Bronx home on a recent summer night. The two male officers crouched over her leather bag and rooted around inside, elbow-deep. One officer fished out a tampon and then a sanitary napkin, crinkling the waxy orange wrapper between his fingers in search of drugs. Next he pulled out a tray of foil-covered pills, Ms. Archibald recalled. What’s this?” the officer said, examining the pill packaging stamped “drospirenone/ethinylestradiol.” “Birth control,” Ms. Archibald remembered saying.

She took a breath and exhaled deeply, hoping the whoosh of air would cool her temper and contain her humiliation as the officers proceeded to pat her down. The laws governing street stops are blind to gender. Male officers are permitted to frisk a woman if they reasonably suspect that she may be armed with a dangerous weapon that could be used to harm them. A frisk can escalate into a field search if officers feel a suspicious bulge while patting down the woman’s outer layer of clothing or the outline of her purse. She was totally innocent and had nothing illegal on her person. Last year, New York City police officers stopped 46,784 women, frisking nearly 16,000.

Bottom line police brutality and police shooting of unarmed American should be address in the Presidential campaign. The Emprie State Building shooting is a good example of irresponsible gun happy police officer. New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said all nine bystanders wounded in Friday’s Empire State Building shooting had been hit with police gunfire. There was no shoot out just cops shooting with no regard for public safety!

NO CHANGE IN POLICE BRUTALITY OR RATHER CORRECTING IT BY SUPERVISORS!

OAKLAND, Calif. — I thought either NY or Philly would payout the most for police brutality! But I was WRONG!!!!! A two-month KTVU Channel 2 investigation has found Bay Area taxpayers have spent tens of millions of dollars in the last 10 years to pay for alleged victims of police abuse, with the managers of one local city in particular writing checks for especially extraordinary amounts.Using the California Public Records Act, KTVU asked the 20 largest cities in the region how much they’ve paid out for claims, lawsuits and settlements involving alleged police misconduct in the last decade. Although virtually every one of the Bay Area’s 101 cities have paid out amounts often in the hundreds of thousands to low millions, the top payouts, not expectedly, came from the three largest cities. What was unexpected was the breathtaking amount the smallest of the top three paid.

San Jose, the region’s largest city with more than 1 million residents, paid out $8.6 million.Number two was San Francisco, with 800,000 people. The lodestar city of the Bay Area paid nearly $28 million during the same period. However it was Oakland, with 400,000 residents, that won first place with more than $57 million in payouts in just the last 10 years. The single biggest payout was in 2004, when the city paid almost $11 million for the notorious “Riders” case.

Oakland is shelling out all of that taxpayer money at a time when, ironically, it’s running a $58 million deficit, laying off police and asking voters to approve a property tax hike.We asked Oakland Police Department brass, the Oakland city administrator and the city attorney to provide some perspective on the huge, cumulative payout, but all refused. Late Friday, City Attorney Barbara Parker provided a written statement saying things are getting better. Rocky Lucia, a partner in a prominent Bay Area law firm that often represents accused police officers, says the problem is less with the police than with Oakland city politicians and their hand-picked administrators.

“The city of Oakland is the most dangerous city in the state of California,” Lucia pointed out. “The city of Oakland settles many cases they don’t have to settle and I believe there is an element of politics that come into play when these cases are settled.

“If politics were to stay out of it, most cops would be vindicated in a court of law.”

Attorney John Burris argued most of the cases are legitimate – and hard to prove. “There’s a not a lot of lawyers that do this kind of work because it’s very difficult and it’s risky,” Burris remarked.

Barry Krisberg of U.C. Berkeley’s Warren Institute on Law and Social Policy, has studied the issue nationally. He called it “an epidemic.”"We’re talking about Oakland, San Francisco, East Palo Alto, Richmond, Santa Rosa, Vallejo — there’s almost no city in the Bay Area that hasn’t been touched by this,” Krisberg said. The scholar said the main problem is training officers better and allowing police administrators to trump influential police unions and laws – which would not only advance justice but save taxpayers countless millions of dollars desperately needed elsewhere.”If as a police chief, I can’t even fire somebody,” Krisberg added. “And it’s very difficult to fire anybody. Increasingly, you’re giving citizens no other choice but to go into the courtroom and that’s an expensive, difficult way to go.”

DISREPECT POLICE BRUTALITY IS OK IF IT’S NOT DONE TO WHITE PEOPLE!!!

    New York’s ”
stop-and-frisk” policy continues to be hot-button among the NYPD and community members alike, but Commissioner Ray Kelly has had enough. Kelly addressed the media Tuesday (July 10) revealing that 77 people were shot in the city from July 2-8. “There doesn’t seem to be any major community response,” Kelly said. “Many of them will speak out about stop-and-frisk [but are] shockingly silent when it comes to the level of violence right in their own communities.”When questioned about why the policy racially profiles Black and Latinos, he shifted the blame. “Ninety-six percent of our shooting victims are people of color, yet these community leaders are not speaking out about that,” he said.. “I’d like to see some political outcry… I want them to be outraged that a 3-year-old child is shot on the streets.

I say to Mr. Kelly comment BULL! Minorities are taxpaying American citizen TOO! That have the right to speak out protest shout march and complain . About any damn thing they want to!!!! Mr. Kelly JOB is to prevent and stop and respond to crime. Not turn the police department into another criminal base of corrupt and disrespectful unprofessional abusers of their position. Which in my opinion he has! There have been NYPD officer that taser children as young as 9 and punch females in the face as young as 15. Pregnant women have been beaten and punch and taser by NYPD. Not the mention of the countless unarmed citizen shot dead by NYPD. Then the corruption like police officer raping citizen robbing from establishment that called for help. Police brutality is out of control! Police officer that beat their wife and shot their husbands. WHAT THE HELL IS MR.KELLY DOING ABOUT THAT!

” NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly did a interview on channel 13 “The Open Mind” with host Richard Heffner. When ask about the privates Mr. Kelly responded with…TOO-BAD- SO SAD this is our way of fighting crime. Referring to the many camera all around NY. Mr Kelly went on to say it contribute to lower crime rate with better technology. This interview was done after Mr.Kelly racist comments about black people. Where he stated “that black did seem to be concern about black on black crime. As much as they were concern about the NYPD directly disrepectful racist Stop & Frisk policy. That directly target black children as young a 8 and adults as old as 92.

Under Stop & Frisk children going and coming from school are stopped and search and humiliate. Female police pat search male citizen touching their private area to further disrespect and humiliate. They do this because the Jewish and Muslim religion forbid a woman to touch a males private area unless marry. Children as young as 8 are made to drop their trouser and take off their shoes in full view of the public. To further disrespect and humiliate! Some male adults are made to lay face down on the ground. While a cop handcuff and that same police officer may place their foot on the citizen neck back or head. JUST TO ANTAGONIZE TO PROMOTE A PHYSICAL CONFRONTATION!!! That way the cop can justify beating or shooting the citizen to death!!! Many times the black citizen is dealing with a white police officer that believe all the negative black stereotypes. Taught to him or her by there family society and especially the police force they work for. Mr Kelly clearly stated that his crime problem is mainly minorities.

Bottom line when WHITE John Wayne Casey rape and murdered 33 WHITE males! There was no Stop & Frisk policy in his neighborhood. Nor was the whites in that neighborhood criticize for not knowing 33 WHITE males were raped and murder! Mr. Kelly is like many WHITES in America! OK with the disrespect of minorities just so you don’t bother WHITE PEOPLE!!!! When it comes to minorities in America Hitler’s tactic are OK!! AGAINST THEM PEOPLE!!!
