Kate Middleton Nude Photo Scandal: French Court Grants Injunction

Posted on Sep 18 2012 - 12:22pm by Zennie Abraham

The latest news in the Kate Middleton Nude Photo Scandal is that a French court has granted an injunction for The Royal Family. Now any digital copies of prints owned by the French magazine Closer must be destroyed.

Note, this impacts only France, and not any other international publications.

Given the nature of the way the photographs were obtained – via a public access road – the decision is a surprise here. Good for the Royals, but they may have been the blessed recipient of the work of an incompetent defense attorney.

Stay tuned.
