Twitter is down, and has been for about three hours by now. While there hasn’t been an official reason given for the issue, there are reports that the micro-blogging company agreed via court order to give up the deleted tweets of a member of Occupy Wall St. (Correction, they were messages sent via Twitter, not deleted tweets.)
Whatever the reason, Twitter is down as of this writing, and it has been for some time.
