If you think it’s easy to just file a lawsuit and collect millions from a medical malpractice issue via court, think again. This blogger video-blog-interview with Oakland Personal Injury Attorney Robert G. “Bob” Schock reveals that California has a 37-year-old law that caps any damage award at $250,000. Moreover, Bob calls on California Governor Jerry Brown and the California Legislature to change the law to a more contemporary standard, as the current cap, if adjusted for inflation, would be at just north of $1 million.

Here’s the video:

You can call Bob, who’s based in Oakland, at 888-688-4791 for consultation.
