Empire State Building Shooting: stop gun violence

This is the latest in what is now 13 mass shootings in America to date. What has to be done is to adopt social measures to have all of us know each other better. Gun control is very much needed, but it’s just the start. We have to institutionalize socialization: block parties and neighborhood groups to get people to know each other.
