Coldwater: Vincent Grashaw Talks About His New Film, Bellflower Memories

Take two on Vincent Grashaw for those of you who missed the first one. Mr. Grashaw’s working on his first feature-length directoral debut film called Coldwater. Coldwater’s a movie that, for Vincent, has been in formation for 13 years. It started because he had a teenage friend who was deemed a kind of misfit, and sent off to a rehab school. According to Vincent, his friend emerged a “different” person, more of a problem than when he went to the program.

That episode of his life stayed with Vincent, and formed the basis for Coldwater. We talk about that, and Vince shares some memories from the hit Sundance film Bellflower, in this video:
