NCIS” star Pauley Perrette and Kelly Osbourne joined the judging panel on “RuPaul’s Drag Race” (Mon., 10 p.m. EST on LOGO) Monday night, and they were blown away by the caliber of some of the drag queens.

The contestants had to design ship-shaped parade floats for a pride-filled runway show.

Talking about Willam’s amazing “maritime realness” performance Kelly joked, “P.S.: F*ck you for having the most amazing body, ever!”

Pauley chimed in with, “Does anyone really look like that? My god!” And Kelly laughed about the fabulous legs on display. “How dare they have better legs than me?!”

Willam was the clear winner, and after the judges had reached consensus, RuPaul said, “You navigated this challenge beautifully, and we were swept away. Condragulations! You are the winner of this challenge!”
