Beverly Hills, CA (And thanks to the Courtyard By Marriott Century City / Beverly Hills) As I write this, I’m sitting in the bar called 19 with my friends and colleagues Beverly Rivas, Tiana Patterson, Eva Crawford, and Matt Meeker, all who helped Zennie62 make this 4th Night Of 100 Stars Party a success. As usual it all worked out in a weird way, but it worked.
The highlight of the evening for me was meeting and interviewing the legendary actor Martin Landau. If you happen not to have heard of Mr. Landau, he has played in such movies as North By Northwest, Ed Wood, and one of my favorite TV shows Space: 1999.
Martin Landau also said that there is a new Space:1999 in the works, perhaps to be released by 2014.
It was a singular treat to be able to interview him, and the video will be up Monday.
It was also a treat to meet and interview Richard Anderson. Mr. Anderson is best known as ‘Oscar Goldman’ the fictional head of the Office of Scientific Investigation, but the man who was really the boss of Steve Austin, the Six Million Dollar Man. Ever gracious, Mr. Anderson told me that there is a Six Million Dollar Man movie in development, and his daughter said “He should be in it.”
I agree.
